Initial consultation for a long standing condition is about 90 minutes. The practitioner will listen to your story and ask questions to better understand your issues. Intake forms will be reviewed at this time or later to clarify the details of your condition. A remedy will be suggested at the time of the consultation or shortly thereafter.
Follow up consultation will be scheduled at the end of the appointment. Usually, it will be scheduled in 4-6 weeks and last 30-60 minutes. Long standing conditions that you have experienced for many years, may not disappear right away but many people see the progress within weeks. Follow up appointments give you and your practitioner the opportunity to evaluate your overall progress and make any adjustments to the remedy, if needed. The follow up appointments are very important to the process of healing. However, when your issues are greatly improved or resolved, you need only return if your health declines for any reason.
Acute consultation, a consultation for a condition that had just happened (flu, cold, bump on the head, sore muscle, bruise, cut, bite etc.), is about 15 minutes. If you are a current client and are unable to come in person, please call for the advice. If you are a new client, please call for the appointment.
Therapeutic focus consultation, a consultation for a specific issue that is affecting you the most, it is about 60 minutes.

The fees include most homeopathic remedies, brief phone calls as required for support and for tracking remedy response. Any additional supplements (CEASE/FCT remedies, gemmotherapy tinctures, cell salts, flower essences) are charged if provided by our office, or can be obtained independently by the client from health food stores.
General Policies Regarding Fees, Payment, and Scheduling:
Payment: The client is responsible for payment of all fees at time of service. Payment may be made with cash, check, credit card or PayPal. Clients who have off-site consultations are asked to keep a credit card on file with the office to simplify payment.
Insurance / HSA / FSA: My office does not file any forms for insurance or reimbursement. I will provide account statements which clients may submit to their insurance companies or FSA/HSA managers for reimbursement.Clients are encouraged to investigate all options for insurance reimbursement or use of plans such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) which allow reimbursement of payment with pre-tax funds.
I am a member of Healthways Whole Health Networks Affinity Program. I can offer a discount to all clients whose insurance company contracts with Whole Health Networks. Please inquire to see if your insurance company qualifies for the discount offered through Whole Health Networks.
Cancellations: If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, notification must be made at least 24 hours in advance; appointments that are missed or cancelled late represent time that was scheduled for the client, and will be charged full fee.
Interim Support: For scheduling, brief check-ins and acute complaints, please call or email. There is no charge for such communication and are intended to be brief and able to be taken care of in 5 minutes or less; if an acute appointment (usually 15 minutes) is required, it can often be scheduled later that day.
Telehealth – Long distance Consultation: Clients who live outside of the Boston area can schedule consultation by telephone or web audio-video conference using Skype or VSee.
